Every PawfectDose™ product is backed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you don’t see a meaningful improvement in your dog’s health within 60 days of consistent daily use, contact us for a full refund. No returns required. No questions asked.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately with your order number at support@pawfectdose.com.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your product outside of the 60-Day Guarantee window, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be at least 30% unused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

To initiate a return, email us at support@pawfectdose.com with your order number and reason for return.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, current address, and new address. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before the order enters fulfillment.

LOST PARCELS

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund, we require a 14-day waiting period from the expected delivery date to allow for any delays before issuing a refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
