At PawfectDose™, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your dog can start benefiting sooner.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

United States (Standard): 5–8 business days
United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days
International: 10–18 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order will have entered fulfillment and changes may not be possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy if you need to return or exchange a product after delivery.
